The project was born from the entrepreneurial idea of the young winemaker Iacopo Paolucci , who with direct knowledge perfected through practical observation in important winemaking realities in central Italy, identifies in Doglio, a suggestive location near Todi , the place for the creation of the own company: new cellar surrounded by new vineyards . With the clear intent to produce typical natural and quality wines.
Philosophy
The company focuses on the enhancement of indigenous vines such as Grechetto di Todi , Trebbiano Spoletino and Grero di Todi , a red grape variety cultivated in antiquity and recently rediscovered in the tuderte area.
All cultivated at an altitude of 500 meters above sea level and without the use of systemic chemical fertilizers and herbicides.
